North Homes Children and Family Services is seeking a Mental Health Clinical Trainee to join our school-based team in the White Bear Lake Elementary School. In this role, you will provide therapeutic support directly to students, collaborate with educators and families, and contribute to a positive, proactive mental health culture in the school setting.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy in a school setting
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide consultation and support for CTSS programming and school staff
- Collaborate with school personnel and the broader clinical team
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements
What You Bring:
- Actively pursuing licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)
- Must be 21+ with a valid MN Driver’s License
