Summit Insurance is expanding its Idaho Falls office and is looking to add a motivated Insurance Producer who wants to build a long-term career in sales within an established, growing agency.
This role is designed for someone who wants more than a transactional sales job. You’ll spend your first year learning directly from senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience in how deals are sourced, structured, and closed, with a clear path toward increased independence and earning potential over time.

What You’ll Do
- Learn Summit’s sales process through hands-on training and real deal exposure
- Prospect for new business and develop relationships with prospective clients
- Assist in presenting and selling insurance solutions to individuals and businesses
- Build and manage a growing book of business over time
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and deal execution
- Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development

Requirements
- Ability to work full-time in an in-office environment in Idaho Falls, ID

- Self-motivated and able to manage time and priorities effectively

Preferred, but not required:
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain licensing after hire
