About the Role

Requiring a passion for sourcing, screening, and hiring manager success, the Dental Talent Acquisition Partner provides a stellar recruiting experience to enable achievement of all business objectives.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> </strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> </strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· 5+ years of experience in full-cycle professional Recruiting, including at least 3 year of <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">De</span>ntal Industry recruiting - required.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in the healthcare industries - required.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· Recruiting/Sourcing Certifications preferred.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> </strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>**Please note the requirements prior to applying. </strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> </strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> </strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> · Become a subject matter expert in talent acquisition processes, pipelining, and talent <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">suc</span>ccession planning, with a passion for customer service and stakeholder success.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· Have the desire to work within a Team and be willing to assist and learn in other areas.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting metrics and analytics.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· Knowledge of the State and Federal employment laws.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· Proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· Self-guided with the motivation and ability to assess a situation and make sound professional decisions without constant oversight.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Understand and delivers high quality work in established timelines.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization and represent the company in the market.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· Partners with University Relations team to engage Residents and provide a comprehensive narrative regarding the attributes of the organization - some travel required.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> </strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> </strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· Remote office environment.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>· 30% + travel to provider sites, conferences, career fairs, team meetings and educational institutions supporting University Relations.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> </strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> </strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> · Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and stakeholders across functions to ensure organization’s ability to attract, recruit and retain top talent.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> · Successfully recruit for all levels of the organization, including but not limited to ownership of Doctor, Staff and Corporate level recruiting.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> · Represent D4C Dental Brands’ recruiting brand to ensure business results, including but not limited to social media, job boards, and specialty recruiting site and all others deemed relevant.</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong> <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span> · Manage and drive requisitions completion from intake through contract execution.
