The Role: Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator who embodies these values. You won’t just be tracking shipments; you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, turning complex supply chain challenges into seamless success stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute & Optimize: Manage the daily lifecycle of shipments, ensuring on-time execution across our network.
- Partner Support: Act as a true logistics partner, providing real-time updates and proactive problem-solving.
- Carrier Collaboration: Daily interaction with our service providers to negotiate and coordinate movements.
- Data Integrity: Use our proprietary TMS to maintain accurate records and provide actionable info to customers.
- Grow with Us: As SCS expands, this position has the potential to grow as well.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: A minimum of one year of freight brokerage experience is required.
- Communication: Exceptional service skills and the ability to stay calm and clear under pressure.
