Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Clinic


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in a busy clinical setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist physicians and healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures

- Administer medications and injections as prescribed

- Collect and document patient health histories and vital signs

- Provide patient education and health counseling

- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and proper sterilization of equipment

- Monitor patient progress and report any concerns to the healthcare team

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations

- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow

Requirements

- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

- Proven experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and organized

- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
