Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate service delivery, including conducting file reviews and coordinating quality assurance efforts. 
  • Provide leadership, oversight, and technical assistance to staff. 
  • Complete employee orientation, conduct and monitor training. 
  • Provides confidential administrative support for the Service Director and recommends appropriate responses to ensure compliance with established goals, policies, and practices. 
  • Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office.
  • Prepare reports, applications, and supporting documentation as requested by the supervisor within timelines established by that supervisor.
  • Review Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports in order to assure goals are met on a continuous basis and provide feedback to the Service Director.
  • Provide assistance in recruitment and interviewing assigned service staff. 
  • Completes all assigned training and professional development sessions.


Excited to join our organization?AWARE service coordinators earn $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year, DOE/DEQ.

Requirements


Talents, skills, and abilities:

A BS/BA Degree is required in the Human Services field, Education, Business Administration, or related field and three years of direct employment experience.
