Senior Technical Officer (BMS Operator)

Your Role

• Responsible for system operations & monitoring for building automation system
• Prepare simple operational reports as required.
• Communicate with customer and handle helpdesk enquiries
• Provide technical support to field staff through monitoring and analysis of building automation and security computer systems
• Supervise the team’s daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Shift duty is required

To Succeed in the Role

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• Basic knowledge in Air-conditioning System/ Technology / Computer Science is preferable
• Basic computer skill, i.e. MS Word & MS Excel
• Good telephone manner and capable to work independently
• Reasonable command of reading, written & spoken English

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer / Technician
