About the Role
<p>Estamos en la búsqueda de un <strong>Especialista Civil</strong> altamente capacitado para integrarse a nuestro equipo de ingeniería y construcción. El candidato ideal será responsable de supervisar y validar los diseños, cálculos y ejecución de obras civiles, asegurando los más altos estándares de calidad y seguridad en sitio.</p><p><strong>Responsabilidades Clave:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Supervisión Técnica:</strong> Validar diseños estructurales, cimentaciones y obras de movimiento de tierras.</p></li><li><p><strong>Gestión de Proyectos:</strong> Controlar el cronograma de ejecución y asegurar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas del proyecto.</p></li><li><p><strong>Control de Calidad:</strong> Revisar y aprobar protocolos de calidad, pruebas de materiales y conformidad de obra.</p></li><li><p><strong>Seguridad y Medio Ambiente:</strong> Garantizar que todas las actividades civiles cumplan con las normativas de seguridad minera e industrial.</p></li><li><p><strong>Reportabilidad:</strong> Elaborar informes técnicos de avance, presupuestos y control de costos para la gerencia.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requisitos del Perfil:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Formación:</strong> Ingeniero Civil Colegiado y Habilitado (Indispensable).</p></li><li><p><strong>Experiencia:</strong> Mínimo <strong>5 años</strong> de experiencia específica en proyectos de gran envergadura (preferiblemente minería o energía).</p></li><li><p><strong>Conocimientos Técnicos:</strong> * Dominio de software de ingeniería (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000 o similares).</p></li></ul><p><span>Sólidos conocimientos en normativa nacional de edificación y construcción</span></p><p></p><p></p>
