Job Responsibilities

Providing front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external visitors timely and professionally

Interacting with employees daily to address workspace questions and needs

Performing the general administration duties such as filing office admin documents, distribute all incoming mail and courier items
-
Maintaining safe and clean reception area and meeting room by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
-
Inputting data in related service systems

Performing as a contact point for building
-
Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Job Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields
-
4-5 years' experience in administration, reception, coordination or customer services
-
Professional personality and manner
-
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
-
Strong service mind, friendly with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
-
Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
-
Ability to use MS offices
-
Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking
-
Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
