We are seeking an experienced and committed Director of Missing and Anti-Trafficking to join our dynamic and innovative organization. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Missing and Anti-Trafficking and Youth Services department. The Director also serves as a liaison with key stakeholders, community partners and statewide anti-trafficking initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all supervisory responsibilities associated with Missing and Anti-Trafficking Youth Services staff
- Responsible for program development and implementation to ensure quality programming, meaningful outcome measures, and consistency and accountability in the response to cases in which minors are missing and at-risk or victims of human trafficking
- Ensure a prompt, thorough, and collaborative response to missing youth and minor human trafficking cases referred by law enforcement and/or child protective services
- Develop policies and procedures related to the missing and anti-trafficking youth services
- Utilize evaluation and community-based research to inform program development
- Collaborate with the Director of Mental Health to select, monitor and evaluate evidence-based screening and assessment tools and treatment models appropriate for the needs of missing and at-risk minors of trafficking
- Monitor Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) requirements, identify areas in need of improvement and develop areas identified
- Collaborate with research/data team to monitor utilization, costs, evaluate services and outcomes; prepare monthly reports
- Provide leadership for contracts and grants by accurate and timely reporting of activities
- Deliver presentations locally, regionally and nationally on best practices for serving minors that are missing, at-risk of or victims of human trafficking
- Regularly collaborate with other urban trafficking programs for minors to explore best practices within the CAC environment and initiate local program improvements accordingly
- May provide direct services to children and families as needed
- Ensure culturally competent services are provided to all families we serve without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, disability, gender or sexual orientation

Requirements
Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related field required
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered
Experience and Training
- Professional experience working with missing youth and/or survivors of trafficking
- Professional experience related to the investigation, prosecution, or treatment of child abuse/trafficking cases
- 2 + years management and leadership experience
- Experience with program development and evaluation
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proven experience understanding of minor human trafficking dynamics and best practice interventions
- Strong crisis management skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent active listening, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge and use of all Microsoft Office products
- High level of initiative and energy
- Ability to be flexible and adjust to stressful and ever-changing situations
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of the dynamics of child abuse/neglect to include human trafficking
- Knowledge of child welfare and juvenile justice systems
- Solid organization and time management skills
- Must respect and maintain confidentiality
Other
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- Must submit to a thorough criminal history background check
- Must have access to a vehicle, possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Position may involve some travel, primarily within the state
