Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain your Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above the district goal
- Receiving in customers and their automobiles in the most effective and timely manner
- Constant communication with your service technicians
- Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from your technicians
- Selling the recommendations from your technicians
- Communicate authorized recommendations to your technicians with a “promise time” for completion of work
- Prompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and ready
- Notify your customer if there are any delays to the “promise time” and why; before the “promised time” for pick up
- Close all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their automobiles
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Service (Writer) experience preferred
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Competent level of computer literacy
- Substantial time management technique
- General understanding of automotive maintenance
- Maintain an energetic, positive, and respectful attitude with everyone
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles.
