The Fountains also features Four Star self catering suites including various one bedroom, two bedroom and penthouse suites. The Lady Hamilton Hotel: Located in the central suburb of Gardens behind the Mount Nelson Hotel, the Lady Hamilton Hotel provides accommodation and conferencing in a quieter part of town. The outside pool is exquisite and sheltered from wind from all sides. The friendly staff welcomes travellers visiting Cape Town for business or pleasure to the Lady Hamilton. The hotel is a short walk from many historic museums, art galleries and the trendy bustle of Kloof Street. The Tulip Hotel and Conference Centre: The Tulip is a Two Star hotel with conferencing facilities on the corner of Strand and Bree Street. Accommodation is comfortable and affordable, and affords guests the chance to explore Cape Town and surrounding attractions such as the Waterfront with ease. This central hotel regularly welcomes all families, tour groups and business travellers.

General Manager – RV Park, Golf, Fishing, and Recreational Resort


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our vibrant recreational resort located in Central North Minnesota. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a diverse property that includes an RV park, golf course, fishing activities, and various recreational amenities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage fast-paced operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the resort, including RV park, golf course, fishing activities, and recreational facilities

- Lead and manage food and beverage services, including banquet operations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and profitability

- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and professional team

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

- Coordinate marketing and promotional efforts to attract new guests and retain existing visitors

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control

- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for guests and staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in resort or hospitality management, preferably in a recreational or outdoor setting

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including banquet services

- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis

- Passion for outdoor recreation and guest service excellence

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
