Requirements

• Concrete Coating or related experience and at least 1 year leading crew 
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Customer service focus and skill are required
• Excellent communication skills in all forms with all people
• Excited to learn and grow with Webfoot
• Desire to lead a high-performing team
