Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Fulfillment and Receiving Managers to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and discrepancies. 
  • Receive and organize incoming boxes/pallets by SKU and PO number, ensuring accurate processing per established SOPs. 
  • Print and affix SKU labels precisely; process soft goods (e.g., apparel) using folding machines, visual quality checks, and packing into assigned bin locations. 
  • Utilize warehouse management systems, scan guns, and mobile scanners to accurately transfer products and maintain inventory integrity. 
  • Conduct quality control checks and participate in investigations to resolve inventory discrepancies with a detective mindset. 
  • Perform pick and pack operations, product transfers, staging, loading dock duties, waste disposal, and general warehouse support as needed. 
  • Communicate needs and updates to leadership using clear, established methods. 
  • Consistently meet predetermined KPIs and demonstrate reliability through punctuality and regular attendance. 
  • Continuously learn and provide feedback on inventory systems and processes for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

 Key Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required. 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fulfillment operations, shipping, receiving, picking, or order fulfillment. 
  • Comfortable with physical tasks: standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in small or tight spaces for extended periods. 
  • Proficient with scan guns, printers, handheld scanning devices, and basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks). 
  • Computer literate; experience with Office 365 and ShipHero preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and creative/spatial thinking for efficient inventory management. 
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
