This Position Will: 


As the Engineering Change Lead, you will be responsible for administration, coordination, and processing of all engineering change orders.  This role will ensure that all engineering changes are made in a timely manner and communicate this information to effected departments.


In this Role You Will: 

  • Review impacts of engineering changes at manufacturing site and inform necessary effected departments via email and spreadsheet reports as required.
  • Implement setup data and change data within Epicor.  Coordinate with related departments as required.
  • Review and correct BOM errors as required.
  • Track progress of ECN and report status to related departments.
  • Coordinate materials, purchasing, production and engineering activity around the planned effective dates.
  • Maintain ECN reports using various business tools (Excel, Epicor, Access, etc.).


Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to identify action items and prioritize based on a variety of demand factors.
  • Have a fundamental understanding of the current inventory management system.
  • Ability to track and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to audit standard operating procedures (SOPs) as directed.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
