About the Role
As a Crop Insurance Producer, you’ll assist the agriculture clients in protecting their crops, their livelihoods, and the future of their farming operations.
This isn’t your typical office job. You’ll be out meeting growers, learning their stories, and crafting insurance solutions that fit their unique needs. From scouting the next business opportunity to keeping long-term clients thriving, you’ll be at the heart of the action.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with farmers and helping them safeguard their crops with confidence
- Creating tailored crop insurance programs that support each client’s goals
- Growing your book of business through genuine relationship-building
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-notch service
- Keeping clients protected through smart coverage analysis and ongoing support
- Traveling to farms, fields, and ag events (hope you enjoy sunshine and fresh air!)

Requirements
- Ability to build strong, long term, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
- Passion for agriculture with an understanding the unique challenges of the farming world
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy
- Comfort working independently while also engaging in frequent travel and hands on collaboration with clients and internal team.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural aptitude for sales and client engagement
- Active residential state license
