With a proven track record of delivering practical solutions, we are trusted partners in bringing ambitious real estate projects to life.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>Due to significant growth, the Brisbane Real Estate group is seeking an accomplished property lawyer to join their dynamic team.</p> <p>Working in this role, you will predominately focus on acquisitions and disposals (including commercial, industrial and rural), property due diligence, property related advisory work and commercial, retail, industrial and state land leasing. Your client-base will be diverse, including property trusts, private investors, ASX listed companies, State and local government, developers, not-for-profit organisations, major landlords and tenants.</p> <p>Furthermore, as a senior member of the team, you will play a key mentoring and supervision role to seasonal and research clerks, graduates and junior lawyers.</p> <p><strong>Experience<br></strong></p> <p>As the successful candidate, you will be a motivated and capable property lawyer, with experience gained in a mid to large-sized commercial law firm.&nbsp; You will have between four and seven years of post-admission experience and be operating at a senior lawyer or junior senior associate level.</p> <p>To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess the confidence to work autonomously while also contributing collaboratively within a close-knit and supportive team environment.</p> <p>You will bring strong technical abilities, including well-developed drafting and research skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service.
