About the Role:

Join our Eco Outdoor family as a Logistics Coordinator! This exciting role is perfect for someone who loves to help others and ensure everything runs smoothly. Based in Brisbane, you'll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating the day-to-day fulfilment activities for our customers across Queensland. You'll also oversee the regular delivery of stock to our warehouse, making sure everything is organized and efficient!

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who thrives in a team environment. If you're a people person with a passion for fantastic customer service and a positive, can-do attitude, we want to hear from you! You’ll enjoy interacting with our customers and colleagues and will have the knack for resolving any issues that may arise with ease.

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication skills, whether in person, over the phone, or in writing
  • Ability to organise day-to-day fulfillment activities, ensuring top-notch service with all customer interactions
  • Strong prioritisation skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in managing stock levels to minimise lead times and allocate resources effectively
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others while also being able to work independently
  • Experience with NetSuite is a big plus!
