The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials, ensuring the timely and accurate supply of goods to production. Responsibilities also include leading and training warehouse staff and coordinating closely with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams.

Job Description
· Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials
· Ensure timely and accurate supply of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to production
· Manage inventory accuracy through ERP/WMS systems ((SAP S/4HANA system), cycle counts, and stock takes
· Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices are followed
· Lead, schedule, and train warehouse staff and stacker/forklift operators
· Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams
· Enforce safety, housekeeping (5S), and compliance with company and OSH requirements
· Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare basic reports
· Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and space utilization.
Qualifications
· Diploma or equivalent qualification·
3–5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing·
Knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse systems especially in SAP S/4HANA, EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) module is an added advantage·
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills·
Good written & spoken English·
Good in Microsoft office (Word/Excel/Power point)·
Flexible, team work oriented.
