TITLE: eCommerce Coordinator for FT

Job Summary

In this role you will focus on the execution of our eCommerce strategy through support of online business initiatives and strategies. This role will support the eCommerce team to maintain and monitor digital channels for the brand. This includes content updates, QA and user testing across the site and supporting necessary functions such as product maintenance, pricing, logistics and implementation. Position will report to the Senior Manager, eCommerce.


Responsibilities: 

  • Efficiently execute tasks required to maintain French Toast digital channels: setting up, operating, monitoring, reporting, and inventory. 
  • Ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; responsible to manage the day-to-day execution of website merchandising and product set up for Frenchtoast.com and drop ship partners (Walmart, JC Penney, Amazon) ensuring functionality meets and exceeds company expectations.
  • Evaluate issues and effectively communicate technical and non-technical solutions to peers and customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor for site bugs and work with IT and project manager for resolution  (including ticket logging, testing, communication of fixes).
  • Conduct final user testing and quality assurance processes. Collaborate and execute to ensure promotions, site enhancements, content are properly setup, scheduled, and QA’ed on site prior to launch.
  • Communication liaison to Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams with regards to site, product, promotion updates.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand product, key business objectives, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all aspects of site merchandising are on brand, employ best practices and  hit defined KPIs. 
  • Review site and partner sites daily with a customer-first mindset.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Digital eCommerce, Digital Product or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce.

Skills:

  • MS Office Software proficiency; Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Demonstrates effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, reporting and content management systems and processes.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to execute timelines.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and market conditions.
  • High aptitude for learning new technologies and ability to understand system dependencies.
  • Strong eCommerce acumen.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative.
  • Proactive, creative problem solver.

Reporting Structure:

•            Reports to Senior Manager, eCommerce

•            No Direct Reports 

Requirements

** The current in-office schedule is four (4) days per week. This schedule is subject to change based on business needs. **
