Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Program Management to lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for building and enforcing program management discipline, ensuring large cross-functional initiatives, including IT and enterprise systems projects, are successfully scoped, resourced, and delivered. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on predictable delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, scoping, and delivery of enterprise strategic initiatives across multiple departments.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs including IT, systems, and operational improvement projects.
• Ensure projects are properly scoped, staffed, sequenced, and governed to support business objectives.
• Drive initiatives from approval through execution, implementation, and sustained adoption.
• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and reporting tools across the organization.
• Develop structured intake, prioritization, and approval processes for enterprise initiatives.
• Define expectations for project charters, scope, timelines, dependencies, risk management, and success metrics.
• Provide consistent executive-level reporting, project cadence, and escalation management.
• Oversee complex enterprise initiatives including ERP implementations, system integrations, and core platform deployments.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to support strategic program execution.
• Manage project interdependencies across systems, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks that impact delivery timelines, cost management, or system adoption.
• Hold project stakeholders and vendors accountable for deliverables and performance commitments.
• Provide leadership and direction when projects become misaligned, delayed, or poorly defined.
• Lead structured change management initiatives to ensure adoption and long-term operational success.
• Track and report measurable operational and financial benefits following project implementation.
• Promote organizational discipline and confidence in executing complex business transformation initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by executive leadership.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading enterprise programs, project portfolios, or PMO functions.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional, and IT-driven initiatives.
• ERP or enterprise systems implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop structure, accountability, and clarity within complex or ambiguous initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership skills within matrixed organizational environments.
• Ability to drive results while balancing business priorities and resource constraints.

Physical Requirements:
• Lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required infrequently.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Travel may be required based on project or business needs.
