Description

Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain private club rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

- Ensure that all amenities, such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments, are fully stocked and readily available for guests

- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times

- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the private club in a positive light

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
