Role Description:
We are looking to hire a full-time Business Development Specialist that will pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with referral sources and trade partners by analyzing the market, identifying viable target clients, reaching decision-makers, and intensely focusing on turning leads into accounts and sales. Maintain ongoing relations with trade partners to encourage networking and repeat business.


Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Specialist are responsible for forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
  • Pro-actively identify new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales.
  • Business Development Specialist will reinforce relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and initiate contact with target customers such as insurance agents, insurance adjusters, plumbers, realtors, and commercial outlets.
  • Business Development Specialist will deliver sales presentation on a weekly basis.
  • Developing opportunities to cross-sell products to existing clients.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Business Development Specialist must be able to effectively build and develop relationships and demonstrate a positive brand awareness through interactions.
  • Excellent command of MS Office and CRM Software.
  • Knowledge of the Restoration and Construction industries is preferred.
  • Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
