Responsibilities

The RN (Registered Nurse) is responsible for performing initial patient assessments and partnering with physicians to devise, implement, and evaluate plan of care, while administering medications, IV, monitor vital signs, and provide patients with support and education on diagnosis treatment options and disease process.


Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

  • 1+ years’ experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital setting.

  • Valid New Jersey RN license.

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.

  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • Emergency Room setting experience.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role
