About the Role

Join our team! Spa Relais at the Westlake Village Inn is looking for a Spa Locker Room Attendant who embodies excellent customer service in every aspect of their position. The Spa Locker Room Attendant reports to the Spa Manager.


General Responsibilities:

  • Greet and escort male guests to locker room explaining locker usage, touring the locker room areas pointing out: showers, steam, sauna and Arctic shower, explaining hours of operation and offering additional information or explanation if required.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to spa standards in the locker room and throughout the spa.
  • Daily set up of lockers, towels, showers, steam, sauna, Arctic Plunge shower, and amenities.
  • Clean and re-stock amenities in Murano lounge throughout the day.
  • Maintain, clean, neat, and organize vanities by wiping counters, keeping counters clutter-free, and organizing drawers and cabinets.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experiences:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional guest service skills and positive, professional attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • At least 6 months in hospitality, fitness, or health club settings preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and handling objects.

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Physical stamina to clean multiple areas throughout the shift and support spa operations efficiently
