Remote Informatics Consultant (Healthcare)

• Serve as the primary consultant for multiple clients, providing expert-level guidance on EHR data structures and reporting capabilities.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate complex workflows into actionable technical specifications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions and improvements.
• Design, build, and optimize EHR data extracts with a focus on Epic and Cerner platforms.
• Develop sophisticated SQL queries and data models to support various use cases.
• Lead validation efforts to ensure accuracy and completeness of extracted data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and provide training to empower clients.

• 5 years experience in an informatics-related role within a healthcare institution.
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, particularly in radiology.
• Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR systems is highly preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills with solid understanding of data architecture and modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for engagement with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics or Data Analytics.
