<strong>Job Summary</strong><br> We are seeking compassionate and dependable <strong>PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)</strong> to join our team in a welcoming Assisted Living and Memory Care community in <strong>McLean, VA</strong>. This role is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about supporting seniors and providing person-centered care to residents with varying levels of need, including those living with dementia.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting<br><br>
</li>
<li>Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration<br><br>
</li>
<li>Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition<br><br>
</li>
<li>Engage residents in social interaction and meaningful activities<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment<br><br>
</li>
<li>Follow care plans and communicate effectively with nursing staff<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Active Virginia CNA certification (required)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to senior care<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible PRN shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills<br><br>
</li>
