SUMMARY:
- Greet patrons as they enter the casino and thank customers for their patronage as they leave the casino.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol and gaming.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ask for valid identification from customers who appear to be 30 years of age and younger. Make a diligent inquiry to verify the presented identification.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitor, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Direct patrons to restrooms, restaurants, bars, Table Games, hotel front desk, Players Club, Cashiers Cage, Shuttle, and other areas of interest.
- Visually scan casino floor and report any infraction of rules to the MOD.
- Refuse admittance to patrons or persons without proper identification.
- Guide patrons to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
- Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.
- Help with patrons’ special needs, such as helping those with wheelchairs.
- Ensure that entrances are free of debris and tripping hazards.
- Radio for a call to MOD, and or Security departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
