<h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2>
<p>As a <strong>System Administrator</strong> at Unframe, you will own the day-to-day operation of our IT, cloud, and endpoint environments. This is a <strong>hands-on sysadmin and internal IT support role</strong>, focused on reliability, security, and great employee experience — not a DevOps position.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with the Head of IT to keep systems secure, users productive, and infrastructure running smoothly.</p>
<h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Administer and maintain cloud environments across <strong>GCP, Azure, and DigitalOcean</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>
<li>Manage identity, access, and permissions across all systems<br><br></li>
<li>Own administration of <strong>Google Workspace</strong> and <strong>Microsoft 365</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>
<li>Manage <strong>Apple macOS</strong> devices using <strong>Kandji MDM</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>
<li>Support endpoint security tooling, including <strong>SentinelOne</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>
<li>Handle onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and day-to-day user support<br><br></li>
<li>Provide internal IT support and troubleshooting for employees<br><br></li>
<li>Monitor system health, security posture, and operational best practices<br><br></li>
<li>Maintain documentation and follow IT operational processes<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of hands-on experience as a <strong>System Administrator</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>
<li>Strong experience with <strong>Google Workspace</strong> administration<br><br></li>
<li>Experience managing <strong>Microsoft 365 / Office 365</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>
<li>Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, Azure, or similar)<br><br></li>
<li>Experience with <strong>MDM solutions</strong> and endpoint management<br><br></li>
<li>Strong familiarity with <strong>macOS environments</strong><strong><br><br></strong></li>
<li>Working knowledge of security tools and security best practices<br><br></li>
<li>Comfortable providing direct user support and IT troubleshooting<br><br></li>
<li>Fluent English (written and spoken)<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience with <strong>Kandji</strong>, <strong>SentinelOne</strong>, or similar tools<br><br></li>
<li>Experience supporting fast-growing startups or distributed teams</li>
