<p><strong>Role:</strong> Product Managers (Technical and AI) - Intro Session with Transformation Consultancy</p> <p><strong>Seniority:</strong> Mid and Senior levels</p> <p>We’re running an introductory session (Friday 13th Feb) with a consultancy ahead of upcoming Product roles. They’re looking to meet <strong>6 Product Managers</strong> who have strong operational retail product experience (e.g. scheduling, timesheets, workforce tools), plus proven exposure to large-scale AI and data programmes. The session will be used to assess fit, capability depth, and availability ahead of formal roles being released.</p> <p>Projects will range from 3-9 months. They are typically 2-3 days per week on-site in London with the remainder worked remotly. If you are already in the community, feel free to quickly apply here or reach out to your Blackbook contact, but no need to re-apply directly.</strong></p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Support delivery of operational retail products - particularly workforce/ops tooling such as scheduling, clocking-in, timesheets, and related operational platforms</li> <li>Play a critical role in AI-enabled delivery, contributing from either a Product or Data/AI angle across large programmes (not just “AI interest”, but real delivery involvement)</li> <li>Work cross-functionally across business, data and engineering, helping shape requirements, prioritise delivery, and ensure solutions are scalable, usable, and operationally ready</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li><strong>An independent consultant</strong></li> <li>Consultancy background is preferred</li> <li>Sector experience in retail / supermarkets / consumer and/or financial services (flexible if the candidate has clearly delivered the relevant type of product work previously)</li> <li>Product experience in operational retail tooling, including workforce management products such as scheduling, clocking-in, time tracking, and related operational systems (Zelis experience is a strong plus)</li> </ul> <p>Hands-on AI programme delivery exposure, including one or more of:</p> <ul> <li>Applied AI delivery (real implementation experience)</li> <li>AI Agents</li> <li>AI data cleansing, readiness, and data quality foundations</li> <li>Broader data skills aligned to prior detail shared</li> </ul>
