<p>The <strong>Operations Specialist</strong> is responsible for coordinating and managing end-to-end <strong>expense, payment, and documentation processes</strong> to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of company purchases.</p>
<p>This role acts as a key operational partner across finance, procurement, legal, compliance, accounting, treasury, and logistics teams. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently within established frameworks, and a proactive approach to improving operational workflows.</p>

<h2><strong>2. Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Take responsibility for <strong>document management</strong> involving internal teams and external contractors, ensuring accurate creation, version control, and secure storage</li>
<li>C oordinate <strong>agreements, reconciliations, reports, and other operational documents</strong> for internal and external counterparties</li>
<li>Process reports and verify that they are <strong>complete, accurate, and correctly formatted</strong> according to internal standards</li>
<li>Work closely with <strong> Accounts Payable</strong> teams to support transaction processing and resolve discrepancies </li>
<li>Interact with cross-functional teams, including <strong>Legal and Accounting</strong>, to address operational issues and ensure smooth workflows</li>
<li>Advise internal stakeholders on <strong>transaction processing requirements</strong>, documentation standards, and operational procedures</li>
<li>Participate in <strong>special projects and operational improvement initiatives</strong> as required</li>

<h2><strong>3. Key Qualifications & Experience</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Must-have requirements</strong></li>
<li><strong>2-3 years of experience</strong> in operations, finance operations, accounting support, procurement operations, or a related role</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>document management</strong> and operational workflows involving internal teams and external counterparties</li>
<li>Working knowledge of <strong> accounts payable</strong> processes </li>
<li>Ability to review, and maintain <strong>agreements and supporting documentation</strong></li>
<li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as <strong>Legal, Accounting, and Finance</strong></li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure <strong>accuracy and consistency</strong> in documentation and reporting</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within established procedures</li>
<li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Fluent English</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with <strong>ERP, finance, or document management systems</strong></li>
<li>Strong Excel or spreadsheet-based tracking and reporting skills</li>
