As a Leadership Development Trainee, you will participate in a structured development program designed to prepare you for leadership responsibilities across multiple business functions. This role offers in-depth training, mentorship, and real-world experience, equipping you with the skills needed to lead teams, manage projects, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Participate in leadership training sessions and professional development workshops
