Are you detail-driven, proactive, and passionate about numbers? We're looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team who takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Help us deliver great outcomes for our customers and communities by supporting our busy team with top-notch financial accuracy and reliable admin skills.


In addition to the above you will:

  • Accurately record transactions, investigate discrepancies, and ensure account balances always reflect the true position

  • Assist with best-practice accounts payable receivables, credit control, and sales processes

  • Provide guidance to administration / operational staff on all matters relating to accounts payable

  • Respond to queries from suppliers, subcontractors, and team members regarding payments and reconciliations, and support general admin duties as needed

  • Assist with greeting visitors at reception, answering phones, arranging travel bookings, and help keep the office running smoothly

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong data entry skills (speed and accuracy), with the ability to pick up new systems quickly (JDE experience a bonus)

  • Proven experience in a similar accounts or administration role, ideally with 3+ years in an accounts administration function

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff and customers

  • Ability to coach and train operational and administration staff in Accounts Administration and Procurement

  • Self-motivated, comfortable working independently or as part of a busy team

  • Takes pride in delivering quality work and is keen to learn and grow
