Job Description

Your role:

Daily financial reporting
Cash handling, including reconciliation, refund processing, and updating incoming merchant and customer payments using internal tools, Oracle, FIS, and banking systems
Resolving payment issues in close collaboration with international teams, the Product team, Oracle Finance teams, as well as Sales and Operations teams
Preparation and maintenance of documentation for auditors and tax authorities

Qualifications

Required Competencies

Completed professional education or studies with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Payment Transactions
First professional experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, treasury, or banking is an advantage
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and accurate manner
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Additional Information

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
