Odoo Implementer (Mid-Level / Senior)

The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing client needs, delivering high-quality Odoo implementations, and supporting successful digital transformation projects. If you are passionate about ERP systems, client engagement, and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you. &nbsp;<br><strong><br>Qualifications:</strong><br><br></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience in Odoo implementation.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of Odoo modules.</p></li><li><p>Experience in providing user support and training.</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and within a team.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><br></p><ul><li><p>Perform Odoo system analysis for assigned clients and prepare analysis documents for review by managers and customers.</p></li><li><p>Participate in planning assigned projects.</p></li><li><p>Prepare development tasks in documented form and ensure tasks are completed with high quality and on time.</p></li><li><p>Prepare client master data and historical data, and upload them accurately and timely.</p></li><li><p>Deliver Odoo systems to clients according to gathered requirements and agreed-upon plans.</p></li><li><p>Provide training for different teams to professionally use the delivered system.</p></li><li><p>Perform support tasks for delivered systems.</p></li><li><p>Assist the sales team in demos and proof of concept activities.</p></li><li><p>Continuously upgrade professional and technical skills.</p></li><li><p>Support and mentor junior implementers in their daily tasks.<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Working Hours:&nbsp;</strong><br><br>-9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday<br><strong>-Weekend:</strong> Friday &amp; Saturday<br><br>🕘 <strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time<br>📍 <strong>Location:</strong> New Cairo, Egypt<br><br><strong>Website :&nbsp;</strong>https://archer.solutions/</p><p><br></p>
