As part of our construction crew, you’ll be hands-on installing industry-leading solutions like basement and foundation waterproofing systems, sump pumps, foundation repairs, crawl space encapsulation, piering, and concrete lifting. Essential Job Functions

  • Install basement and foundation waterproofing systems, sump pumps, foundation repair systems, and crawl space encapsulation products in homeowners' houses.
  • Travel with your crew to the customer’s home to install the job.
  • Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods.
  • Work inside and outside in the elements, depending on the extent of the job being done.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 100 lb. occasionally, and/or up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects. 
  • Ability to stay upright/stand up to 100% of the time.
  • Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
  • A valid non-probationary driver’s license (and/or CDL).
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
