Are you ready to take the next step in your construction career? As a Foreman in Training at Sure-Dry, you’ll do more than just install systems—you’ll help homeowners protect and restore their homes while growing into a leadership role. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced crews, learning how to lead jobs, solve problems, and deliver life-changing results for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Train with the goal of becoming a Foreman and crew leader.

• Install basement waterproofing systems, sump pumps, foundation repair solutions, and crawl space encapsulation products.

• Work with your crew to complete jobs that transform and protect customers’ homes.

• Follow proven, company-approved methods that guarantee quality and customer satisfaction.

• Work both indoors and outdoors depending on the scope of each project.

Requirements

• 1+ years of construction experience (leadership experience is a plus)

• A valid non-probationary driver’s license.

• Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Ability to lift and move materials, work in crawl spaces, and operate power tools.

• Comfort with using phone/tablet apps for work.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
