About the Role

Description

Perform welding production activities as work orders and production schedules dictate. Work together with Production Manager and Inventory/Purchasing to meet production needs on a daily basis.


Scope of Position may include:

  • Weld assemblies according to manufacturer's directions and specifications and utilizing fixtures.
  • Assist in the development and creation of new fixtures for products old and new.
  • Complete work tasks as indicated by work orders and production schedules.
  • Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Manager.
  • Completion of Inventory and Production documentation.
  • Work in a safe and clean manner by complying with procedures, rules, and company policies.
  • Stage welded product in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Cross training (Both participate in learning and teaching already known tasks/positions)
  • Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.


Requirements

  • Requirements:
  •  Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary.
  • 2+ years of TIG Welding experience.
  • Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and execute.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Manufacturing experience desired.


Job Type: Full-Time

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Paid time off. 

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts - 7:30am – 4pm.

Environment: Climate controlled.
