Description
The Revenue Cycle Specialist – Diagnostic Services is responsible for managing all aspects of the revenue cycle process, including credentialing, patient billing, collections, coding, accounts receivable (A/R) management, and cash posting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring diagnostic revenue is captured accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and billing teams to streamline workflows, resolve billing issues, reduce claim denials, and improve overall reimbursement timelines. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Position Details:
- Full-time, office-based role
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Loganville or Peachtree Corners (PTC)
Requirements
-3+ years eClinicalWorks experience required
-5+ years experience in Medical billing
-3+ years experience in Credentialing
Behavioral Health billing/credentialing experience a plus!
