Your team and your responsibilities
Team/division description
The Product Strategy and Marketing Division defines the strategy and leads the planning of new Toyota models with the target to deliver the best product for European markets while ensuring achievement of our business objectives. Our core responsibilities include:
- Product strategy and planning (volume, specifications, pricing)
- Sales & marketing strategy development & implementation across our markets
- Lifecycle management (product updates to support volume & profitability)
Your project
You will join the team responsible for small cars (A/B segments) and B‑SUV models. Reporting to the Product & Marketing Senior Managers, you will support the team through market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and sales & marketing performance tracking. Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting market and competitive analyses (segment trends, pricing, specifications, feature benchmarking) and understanding customer needs to actively help develop grade & specification strategies for your models
- Preparing launch performance reports (sales tracking, mix analysis, market share comparisons)
- Supporting the development & implementation of the Sales & Marketing strategy
- Support coordination of launch activities through cross-functional interaction
- Be the source of knowledge and promoter of your models towards the National Marketing & Sales Companies and other departments in Toyota Motor Europe
Your Profile
- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
- You have interest in automotive industry and future mobility trends
- You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- You are comfortable working with large datasets
- You have good communication skills
- You have good knowledge of MS Office pack
- You are a team player with the ability to also work independently
- You are motivated to work in an inclusive, multi-cultural environment
