Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
Depending on assignment, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting federal program operations, planning, execution, and reporting
- Designing, developing, testing, or maintaining software applications and systems
- Performing data analysis, modeling, visualization, and decision support
- Designing and maintaining web applications, digital interfaces, and user experiences
- Preparing, editing, and reviewing technical documentation and deliverables
- Providing administrative, operational, and management support
- Developing reports, briefings, and artifacts for government stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with federal policies, security requirements, and contract standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an onsite, mission-focused environment
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)
- Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA
- Relevant education and experience aligned to the role and level
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting federal government or DoD programs preferred
