About the Role

Description

  

Data Analytics Manager will lead a team responsible for supporting our reporting, analytic, budgeting, and integration platforms. The Role manages a team of two to three resources and oversees the design, delivery and support of solutions that improve the quality and insights of our Real Estate operations.  The key technical platforms used in delivering these solutions include Power Automate, SQL Server, REBA, Vena, Workiva, Microsoft Power BI. This role requires understanding of how the information flows between our financial and operational systems as well as providing a product that meets the needs of ownership groups and operations teams. Validity of information is key to this role. This position requires strong technical expertise, previous software development experience, effective stakeholder management, and proven leadership and communication abilities. 

  

· Manage key platforms supporting reporting, analytics, budgeting, and business operations.

· Lead, mentor, and oversee Data team resources  delivering the solutions.

· Work closely with Leadership in charge of revamping company budgeting process, including modifying current solutions to meet the needs of users.

· Active participant in annual budget process and training.

· Work closely with acquisition budgeting team to ensure accuracy of data and modeling in budgeting software system. 

· Coordinate Data projects and provide ongoing communication with stakeholders.

· Convert business requirements into technical specifications and production solutions.

· Architect, build, maintain, and optimize solutions.

· Document and help deliver company data models, ETL processes, and reporting capabilities.

· Develop a process for reporting requests, prioritization, building and designing, testing and ultimately release into production. 

· Deliver cross-functional projects integrating property systems, lease/accounting feeds, budgeting workflows, and custom reporting.

· Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for reporting, data quality, and project timelines.

· Ensure data governance, security, and thorough documentation of data models and ETL pipelines.

Requirements

  

  

Experience:

· 5+ years of experience managing and delivering value as an IT Leader

· Previous experience delivering projects and customized software solutions 

· Ideal candidates would have a background in Real Estate, Microsoft Power Platform, SQL server, and Vena/similar budgeting     platforms

Education: 

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems or a related field

The expected compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000 annually, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
