About the Role

As our Administrative Office Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of Sprague’s Home Office—greeting guests, supporting our senior leadership team, and helping the entire workplace run smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone coming from hotels, restaurants, or hospitality who enjoys fast-paced service, creating great first impressions, and keeping an environment polished and running well.


You’ll manage the front desk, coordinate meetings and events, support executives, and ensure our office feels warm, professional, and on-brand every day.



What You’ll Do

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

  • Warmly greet guests, team members, and executives as the first point of contact
  • Manage visitor check-in, issue badges, and uphold building security procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors, deliveries, and transportation/rideshare needs
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming lobby and shared spaces

Keep Meetings & Operations Running Smoothly

  • Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for senior leaders
  • Prepare meeting rooms, set up technology, and order refreshments
  • Support internal events, projects, and team activities
  • Book travel and hotel arrangements when needed

Support Office Logistics

  • Maintain supply rooms and ensure all shared spaces are tidy and fully stocked
  • Receive, sort, and distribute packages and mail
  • Build strong vendor relationships (office supplies, snacks, facility services)
  • Partner with building management on maintenance or facility needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall office experience

Be a Go-To Administrative Partner

  • Assist with internal announcements, guest arrivals, and communication
  • Support teams with administrative tasks
  • Jump in wherever needed—flexibility and a helpful attitude are key

  • Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, customer service, or office coordination

  • Strong communication skills—both in person and in writing

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard office technology

  • A consistent work schedule (40 hours, Monday -Friday)

Pre-Hire Screening Requirements:

  • 5+ years Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
  • Criminal Background Check: Federal, State, County
  • 5-Panel Drug Screen


Work Environment & Expectations

  • Fully onsite role at the Tacoma corporate office
  • Hourly position with a consistent schedule
  • Company-provided Sprague apparel must be worn while working
  • Requires a proactive, service-oriented, and dependable approach
  • Occasional early morning or late-day support for meetings or events may be required


Physical Requirements:   

Long periods of stationary work, working on a computer, moving between various work areas, going up and down stairs, talking on the phone, working with office/computer equipment, and sitting at desk or table while listening, talking and taking notes.
