Job Description

  • Supplier Audits: Financial and Insurance.
  • Supporting Supply Chain Team with engagement of Suppliers during implementation
  • Helping with the collection of the supplier registration process during implementation projects including- creation of customer profiles in the SMS, alignment of suppliers to customer in SMS, collection of all required registration documents within SLAs, scheduling meetings with suppliers to answer onboarding questions and escalating to SCM when required, providing SCM periodic registration updates via the registration tracker and providing suppliers with registration updates
  • Assisting with the validation of Supplier vetting requirements
  • Complete ad hoc projects and duties
  • Any other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 0 – 2 years of experience with relevant experience in the field of vendor management & vendor compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to successfully interact with supplier executives and legal teams
  • Helpful and willingness to support at all times
  • Personal accountability and an aptitude for working in ambiguous conditions and learning on the fly
  • Solution orientated, confidential and diplomatic, flexible
  •  Careful and consistent approach to work
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Able to manage high workloads with ability to organise logically and methodically
  • Professional manner in all communications including telephone and written
  •  Ability to analyse, communicate and present complex information in verbal, written and spreadsheet format
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook capabilities
  •  Understanding of the principle for providing excellent customer service
  • Be comfortable in carrying out independent research and also on demand
