Axolabs Berlin, Berlin, Germany Axolabs Berlin is currently establishing a new site in Berlin for GMP manufacturing of nucleic acid therapeutics. The site will be dedicated to medium to large scale and early to late phase clinical GMP manufacturing of nucleic acid therapeutics. The state-of-the-art facility will deliver integrated analytical and manufacturing solutions. The operational start date is scheduled for 2025. Axolabs Petaluma, Petaluma, California, USA Axolabs operates a cGMP production facility in Petaluma for oligonucleotide compounds for technical, toxicological and preclinical to late-stage clinical trials. Services: bioinformatics, oligonucleotide synthesis, analytics and in vitro / in vivo analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans to deliver revenue goals within the assigned territory end-user accounts and sales channels across LGC Standards products and services portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain outstanding account, partner, and prospective partner relationships.
  • Identify and engage potential channel partners, as well as key decision-makers within the company.
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that includes performance objectives, financial targets, and critical achievements associated with partner relationships.
  • Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive the implementation of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Maintain a high level of market and competitor intelligence to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to improve new product launches.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure a flawless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree, preferably in Chemistry or Biochemistry (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 3 years managing international channel partners in Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences is required. Experience in lab consumables or products is preferred.
  • Established track record of directing teams and driving them toward success.
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese and fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to complete plans that deliver growth from the current partner base while developing new business opportunities.
  • A great teammate with excellent communication skills who can work effectively across customers and internal partners.
