About the Role

Description

Come join the 2nd largest Medical Waste Service Provider in the country for an exciting position! We provide excellent customer service to local hospitals and healthcare professionals and represent one of the most prominent companies in the Medical Waste Industry. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products or services to meet those needs. You will primarily operate from within the company's corporate office, using various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to establish and maintain customer relationships. The goal is to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outbound calls, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads generated through various channels.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers to present products or services and explain their features and benefits.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and challenges.
  • Customize product or service presentations based on customer needs.
  • Stay informed about the company's products or services and industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations using various communication tools.
  • Prepare and present price quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM software.
  • Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results.
  • Actively pursue opportunities to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide post-sales support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development.
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
  •  Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  •  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the industry and product offerings is a plus.
  •  High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
