The Senior Sales Manager will manage the sales process and maximize results by selling ZIM products and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities across South China, Hong Kong, and the broader SE Asia region. They will maintain customer relationships, troubleshoot problems, and pursue new customer leads while achieving performance targets.

- Manage sales process and maximize long and short term results
- Sell ZIM Products and identify opportunities for cross-sell/up-sell, not bounded in South China/Hong Kong but also entire China and SE Asia.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure profitable business
Customer relationships
- Maintain relationships while managing and growing customer base
- Identify customer needs and potential opportunities
- Troubleshoot customer problems
- Identify, develop and pursue new customer leads
Performance measurement
- Work to achieve target set
- Comply with reporting requirements to enable performance tracking
- CRM
Account planning
- Design detailed account plans
Requirements
- High diploma or above
- 6 years working experience in which 2 years in supervisory level
- With Sales and market sensibility
- Strong in Relationship management
- Negotiation and quotation process knowledge
- Good Presentation, communication and organizational skills
- Proactive and customer-oriented
- Travel required
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua
