- Manage the entire project life cycle from customer purchase order to execution and final closeout.
- Interprets customer requirements & monitors contracts, specifications and addendums to ensure project meets customer requirements
- Acts as a focal point for customer contact after receipt of order including visits, calls, & deliverables
- Fully coordinate & support customers during customer factory visits (hosting lunch, dinner, etc.), which may require flexible working hours.
- Participate in engineering and production planning meetings to ensure timelines are being met & requirements are being fulfilled, as well as organizing any problem resolutions necessary during the project
- Manages warranty claims
- Track status of job materials as specified by procurement, engineering or production in line with project timeline
- Ability to travel to customer sites/visits & industry conferences/meeting as deemed necessary
Requirements
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business/engineering or 5 years of experience.
- Strong Computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point Required.
- PMP Certification & background in electrical/mechanical products a plus
