Requirements
דרישות התפקיד:
- ניסיון קודם כמחסנאי/ת
- ניסיון קודם בניהול צוות - חובה (ניהולי או פיקודי)
- ניסיון בעבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת
- יכולת הנעת עובדים ויחסי אנוש טובים
- רישיון מלגזה בתוקף
מיומנויות:
- יכולות ניהול והובלה
- יכול טכנית טובה
- מנהיגות, אסרטיביות, משימתיות, יכולות חניכה, מוטיבציה גבוהה
- יכולת בין אישית מצוינת
- יכולת לעבוד בממשקים
- יכולת עבודה עצמאית
- יכולת עבודה בסביבה של מחסן ממוחשב- פריוריטי/ wms
