Our innovative ice cream machines, craft ice products, and unique grills are used by thousands of customers in virtually every restaurant, school district, and hospital throughout the state of Arizona. We are seeking a full-time Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Install Technician to focus on the details that produce excellence. Core Responsibilities:

As our PM and Install Tech, you will inspect what you expect. Driving operational excellence, you will ensure that small businesses and national accounts can consistently dispense the high-quality product synonymous with Taylor equipment. As the face of the brand, you will embody a customer-centric mentality and embrace opportunities to engage others directly and effectively in order to exceed organizational expectations.

Requirements

Experience:

• 1-2 years in a mechanical field servicing equipment, preferably in the restaurant and / or HVAC industry

• Track record as a customer advocate who displays impeccable composure, professionalism and a meticulous attention to detail

• Learning and change agile - capacity to pick up new information quickly and adapt to an ever-evolving environment

• Optimistic problem solver that appropriately balances ideal with realistic

• Punctual and dependable with a safe driving record

• Capable of working overtime and traveling within the state to support customers in need (occasional company-paid overnight hotel accommodations)
